This includes codes (including ICD-10-CM code R45.88 which may or may not co-exist with a self-harm injury code or self-harm text) and text associated with self-harm (e.g., intentional poisoning, intentional self-harm by handgun discharge, nonsuicidal self-harm), regardless of suicidal intention.
