vid_em_mod
Description

As electronic clinical data for population health surveillance proliferate, public health authorities and researchers are challenged to find technological solutions to handle a massive amount of data.

Join us to learn about Query health, an Open Government Initiative that is developing and now demonstrating solutions that enable public health analyses across multiple databases without moving any source data. Supported by the U.S. Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), Query Health is leading efforts to deploy health information technology that facilitate healthcare quality improvement and population health surveillance based on aggregated de-identified data.

This webinar will provide participants with a background on Query Health, an overview of the model, examples of how the model has been implemented, and discuss how Query Health applies to public health syndromic surveillance and impacts the broader surveillance community. There will be time for questions and answers.
