Supported by the U.S. Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), Query Health is leading efforts to deploy health information technology that facilitate healthcare quality improvement and population health surveillance based on aggregated de-identified data.
This webinar will provide participants with a background on Query Health, an overview of the model, examples of how the model has been implemented, and discuss how Query Health applies to public health syndromic surveillance and impacts the broader surveillance community.
